Gateway Campground RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Please have a great time and enjoy your stay, also remember there are children everywhere so please be cautious when driving. The maximum speed limit is 5 MPH. Please be kind and no bullying.
- Check in time: 2:00pm, Check out time is 11:00am
- Loud Noise/Disturbing Other Persons: Be considerate and keep the volume of your music, voices, and other noise to a reasonable level. Interfering with anyone’s use & enjoyment of the park, day/night is contrary to the Park Rules, Please DO NOT walk-through other sites. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during these hours.
- Garbage: Garbage materials must be placed in designated containers. Household garbage is only allowed in dumpsters. No dumping of food scraps or cooking grease allowed on the ground. It must be disposed of in the dumpster provided and bagged properly. The following items are examples NOT to be placed in a dumpster: Mattresses, furniture, or any large items. etc.These large items should be taken to a landfill or removed by a debris removal service. Items left outside of the dumpster are subject to a $200.00 Fine.
- Bicycles/ scooters/ toys: Bicycles/scooters are allowed on roads only. No riding bicycles after dark and make sure to keep roads free of bikes and toys when not in use. Helmets are required for people riding bicycles under the age of 16. We strongly recommend all bicycle riders wear helmets!
- Golf Carts: All guests wishing to have a golf cart must sign a liability waiver and provide a proof of insurance. Only those 16 years of age and older with a valid driver’s license are permitted to operate golf carts. Golf carts must use existing drives and will have to go over the speed bumps not around them. You may not drive through another campsite at any time, or your privileges will be revoked.
- Alcoholic Beverages: Alcohol is permitted only on a registered campsite. Drinking or the possession of an open alcohol container in any other park is prohibited.
- Speed Limits: Speed limits in the park are 5 MPH and will be enforced. Obey at all times. Drive Slow!
- Freezing Water. During the months of November through March, you must use a blue heated water hose that is approved by management. No making your own heated hoses. If you do not use a heated hose, you must disconnect before 9pm and put the protective cover back over the faucet to keep it from freezing.
- Swimming pools. NO LIFEGUARD on duty, NO SWIMMING ALONE, AND SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. No glass, breakable containers, or food within the fenced-in pool and waterslide area. Pools are open May through September (Opening/Closing Exact Dates, please see our Social Media Pages), 10:00 am until 7:00 pm or dusk. You must be registered at the store to be in the pool area. Rules are posted in the pool area. No wet swimmers in the game room or general store. SUPERVISION = SAFETY: Those under 14 MUST be accompanied by their parent(s) when inside the pool area and Waterslide area. NO EXCEPTIONS!! See Pool Rules posted at entrance to pool area.
- Your site number is subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking.
- PORTABLE POOLS. Portable or inflatable swimming pools or Hot tubs are not allowed.
- Inflatables. Inflatable bounce houses, slides, etc. are not allowed.
- VISITORS. All visitors MUST register at the camp store or office.
- Streets. Please do not park in the streets, you will be asked to move and must move your vehicle immediately or you will be towed.
- Wastewater. It is unlawful to dispose of any waste (including greywater) in places or receptacles other than those specifically designed for that purpose. Grey or Black wastewater must be deposited in the dump station.
- Property. Anyone destroying or damaging park property will be responsible for damages. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who is in violation of the rules, regulations, or laws of the park.
- Golf Cart Bicycle Lights. Golf carts and bicycles must have lights on to drive at night.
- No usage of Boats, Tractors, ATVs, UTVs, Gators, Razors, or Trailers.
- No storage of Vehicles, Boats, Tractors, ATVs, UTVs, Gators, Razors, or Trailers.
- Fireworks/Firearms and Hunting: are prohibited in the park.
- Campfires: Campfires allowed in fire pits only. Do not leave unattended. Make sure they are completely out when not in use.
- Profanity/ Violence: Screaming, hollering , abusive language , boisterous and/or violent behavior will not be tolerated.
- Pets: Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, not aggressive and not left unattended. Pets cannot be a nuisance to others, ex: constant barking. Do not leave doors or windows on RV, if you are away from the site and pet is left inside the RV. When you are gone pets are not allowed to be tied up outside or left on decks. No pets allowed in the office, game room, laundry room or in the pool area. The park reserves the right to prohibit any pets or breed at our discretion . Failure to comply will result in a $50 fine per occurrence and will result in the pet being barred from the property.
- Parking: Vehicles may be towed for expired tags, taking up multiple spaces, or parking in a non-parking space. Vehicles that appear not to be operational or with flat tires are also subject to towing. No mechanic work is allowed (changing oil, tires, etc.) Vehicles violating any of the above will be towed at the owner’s expense. All vehicles must be parked in designated areas. None will be allowed to impede the streets.
- Site Maintenance: Please keep sites free of litter and debris. When cleaning around your site do not put leaves or debris into the stream or on other sites. Do not cut trees or limbs on your site without permission.
- Check in – Check out times: Check in 2:00pm.( If office is closed , please check board outside office door for your check in packet. ) Check out time is no later than 11:00am.
- Site Use. No ropes, chains, ETC. to be tied to any trees or park utilities. Clotheslines, Wires, or Cables are not permitted between trees or RV to tree. Driving nails or any other objects into trees is strictly prohibited. No digging in sites for any reason. We don’t want the buried utilities struck.
- NO SMOKING or VAPING in buildings or fenced-in pool. Please, no cigarette butts or other trash on the ground.
RV Mobility Requirement
All campers and recreational vehicles parked or stationed on the property must adhere to the following mobility requirements:
a. Operational Status:
- The camper/RV must be in good working order, with fully functional tires, brakes, and engine (if motorized).
- All necessary registrations, licenses, and insurance must be current and valid.
b. Accessibility:
- The camper/RV must be positioned in a manner that allows for unobstructed removal from the property.
- Owners must ensure that there are no physical barriers preventing the movement of the camper/RV.
c. Movement Capability:
- The owner must be capable of moving the camper/RV within a reasonable time frame (e.g., within 48 hours of notice) for any required maintenance, safety reasons, or upon request by property management or regulatory authorities.
- In cases where the owner is unable to personally move the camper/RV, they must have an alternative arrangement (e.g., a hired towing service) that can fulfill this requirement.
Requirement for Physical Tent for Tent Camping
a. Physical Tent:
- Each tent camping guest must have a physical tent set up at their designated campsite.
- The tent must be in good condition, free of significant damage, and suitable for providing shelter.
- Maximum of 10×10 tent on ALL tent sites.
b. Setup and Maintenance:
- The tent must be properly set up according to the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure stability and safety.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining their tents in a safe and orderly manner throughout their stay.
c. Prohibited Shelter Types:
- Alternative shelters such as tarps, hammocks without rainfly and bug netting, or makeshift structures are not permitted as substitutes for a physical tent.
This policy applies to the tenant, guest and/or family members. Campground will immediately report any evidence of criminal activity to the proper authorities. The tenant’s engagement in criminal activity is a default of the Reservation.
In the event of any criminal activity in which the tenant is directly or indirectly involved, Campground will request that the tenant vacate the property within 24hrs. Failure to vacate within 24hrs will result in Campground taking any legal action necessary to evict the tenant from the leased premises. This includes but is not limited to illegal drug activity, criminal activity, domestic disturbances and violent behavior.
Electrical Requirements: Ensure RV is parked a minimum of 3+ feet away from electrical post/panel
Alcohol Policy for RV Campgrounds
Legal Drinking Age
- Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older are permitted to consume alcohol within the campground, in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Guests may be required to show valid identification to verify their age upon request by campground management or security personnel.
Consumption and Possession
a. Designated Areas:
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at individual campsites.
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited in common areas unless designated by campground management during specific events or activities.
b. Behavioral Expectations:
- Guests consuming alcohol must do so responsibly and in a manner that does not disturb other guests.
- Disorderly conduct, excessive noise, and public intoxication are strictly prohibited.
c. Container Restrictions:
- Glass containers are discouraged to prevent breakage and potential injury. Guests are encouraged to use non-breakable containers.
Liability
- Guests consuming alcohol do so at their own risk. The campground is not liable for any injuries, damages, or legal actions resulting from alcohol consumption.
This alcohol policy helps maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests at the RV campground by outlining clear guidelines for alcohol consumption and enforcement.
Guest Transfer Request Procedure and Fees
a. Request Submission:
- Guests wishing to transfer campsites must submit a formal request to campground management, either in writing or via the designated electronic system.
- Requests should include the reason for the transfer, the current campsite number, and the desired new campsite number.
Approval Process:
- Campground management will review transfer requests based on campsite availability and other relevant factors.
- Approval of a transfer request is at the sole discretion of campground management.
Payment of Transfer Fee
- Upon approval of the transfer request, the guest will be notified and required to pay the $100.00 transfer fee.
- Multiple transfers: If a guest requests more than one transfer during their stay, each additional transfer will incur a separate $100.00 fee.
- Transfer Denials: If a transfer request is denied, no fee will be charged.
We offer the opportunity to guarantee your favorite campsite or cabin by paying our applicable locking fee. If you opt out of the option to lock, you are guaranteed your campsite or cabin type, but NOT the specific site/unit number.
Outside decor: A guest may display one portable, removable United States flag in a respectful way and, on Armed Forces Day, Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day, may display in a respectful way portable, removable official flags, not larger than 4 feet 6 inches by 6 feet, that represent the United States Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard. No other flags/signs shall be permitted unless approved by management in writing.
- Management reserves the right to ask guests to remove any exterior decorations, flags, signs, etc., that are deemed inappropriate and/or offensive.

Note: Management reserves the right to refuse admittance and evict anyone for failure to obey the rules of the park, without any refund. ( These rules and regulations will be enforced for the safety and enjoyment of our guests. They are subject to change or modified as needed. ) A copy of these rules must be signed by each guest at Gateway RV Campground.
Terms & Conditions:
I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published at , posted at the Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Gateway RV Campground.
I further understand and agree that Gateway RV Campground does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature.Gateway RV Campground’s refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:
Campsites: If a reservation is canceled more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee; or Camp Credit in the full amount can be elected. For a reservation canceled less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited. On Holiday Weekends, cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit full amount, cancellations more than 30 days prior and Holiday Weekends will receive full refund less $25.00 cancellation fee. Camp Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the canceled reservation and can only be applied toward your site or cabin/lodge rental. For reservations paid with a credit card, cash refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.
As a participant in a recreation activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in the activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE TRG Pigeon Forge LP, d/b/a Gateway RV Campground, its owners and agents (collectively, TRG Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Gateway RV Campground property, facilities, golf carts, amenities, pools, water park, jumping pillow and hot tubs (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.
I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Gateway RV Campground, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Gateway RV Campground makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.
As a courtesy, our employees, if so requested, may assist with directing you to your designated campsite. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, bollards, trees, etc. when positioning your RV on the campsite. You agree to indemnify and hold TRG Pigeon Forge LP, d/b/a Gateway RV Campground, its owners and agents (collectively, “Gateway RV Campground”) harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a campsite. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Gateway RV Campground for any and all liability, loss, or property damage relating to an employee assisting/directing you to your site.
I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that TRG Pigeon Forge LP may charge any remaining balance (in addition to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law.
The Premises are privately owned and THE Gateway RV Campground RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Gateway RV Campground reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary to leave the campground based on violations of Park Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Gateway RV Campground Rules and regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Gateway RV Campground and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose.
Additional Terms for Rental Units
I understand and agree as follows:
- At departure, the rental unit is to be left in a reasonably clean condition (broom swept), garbage is to be removed from the rental unit and placed in an outside dumpster, all kitchens and kitchenettes are to be left clean, all dishes are to be washed and put away, and the microwave, fridge, stove and countertops are to be wiped clean; otherwise, Gateway RV Campground may charge my credit card with a $125 cleaning fee. I understand and agree that if I leave the rental unit in an unreasonably filthy condition, permit a pet to occupy a rental unit not designated as pet-friendly or smoke in a rental unit, Gateway RV Campground Management may charge my credit card for the cost to professionally clean the rental unit ($250 minimum charge).
- All damages to the rental unit, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. All damages occurring to the rental unit during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by Gateway RV Campground. Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: lost key(s), broken/lost TV/DVD/AC remote controls, broken items, discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged/dented/bent appliances, furniture, cabinetry or dishes, writing on walls or bedding, and ripped or torn mattresses or covers.
Animal Waiver
I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions relating to my dog while camping at TRG Pigeon Forge LP, d/b/a Gateway RV Campground (“Campground”) with my dog.
- Excluded Areas. I agree to keep my dog out of the following areas including, but not limited to, food and beverage areas, the pool and pool deck, Club House, Office, Ranger Station, playgrounds and pavilions.
- Excluded Dogs. I agree that the Campground has the sole discretion to exclude dogs. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the following: breed-specific exclusions; due to their young age are exempted from state or local law vaccination requirements; are sick; are in heat; are aggressive, vicious, dangerous or potentially dangerous; require muzzling; or are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus.
- Supervision. I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Campground. I further agree to have my dog with me or a designated individual at all times, and understand that I may not leave the dog unattended in the cabin or at the campsite. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog, in the interest of other guests at the Campground.
- Vaccinations. I represent and warrant that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and flea treatments.
- Disturbances. I agree that, should my dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Campground, at the request of a Campground employee, I will immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside the Campground. Additionally, I understand and agree that if I do not find alternative housing for my pet after being asked to do so, I will be asked to leave the Campground and will not be issued a refund.
- Assumption of Risk and Release. I understand that my permission to have my dog at the Campground with me is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon my adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. I understand that the Campground may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, I hereby assume all responsibility of risks, injury, damage, other harm that may occur while my dog is at the Campground or caused by my dog. Further, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Campground, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that me or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to my dog’s presence in the Campground, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of me, my dog and/or any guest or invitee. I further agree to indemnify each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the dog at the Campground. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.
- Acknowledgment. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Assumption of Risk & Release and fully understand its provisions and implications. My execution of this Release is entirely voluntary and intended to be binding on my heirs, executors, legal representatives and assigns.
I have read this Animal Waiver and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules. I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my guests and invitees also comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Campground without a refund.
CAMPING and WATER RELATED ACTIVITIES WAIVER. Updated: 12.14.22 I understand the rules and conditions upon which I am using accommodations, equipment, and using the rest of the associated property lodging and camping, and use of the swimming/bathing facilities. The sole responsibility for my safety lies with me. In agreeing with this, I acknowledge that outdoor and water activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death. Water facilities contain inherent risks, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, and sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor, and water activities. Alcohol and/or drugs do not mix safely with any outdoor activity. I certify that I am over the age of 18 (and assume responsibility for all guests under my reservation and for those under the age of 18). I hereby take all legal responsibility for bodily injury to myself or any other person and property as a result of my visit to (TRG Pigeon Forge LP). Acknowledging this, I accept complete responsibility for myself and all members of my party while visiting Gateway RV Campground and associated properties and while engaging in activities and or events at (TRG Pigeon Forge LP) at my own risk. I will abide by the rules and accept all conditions: The property I use will be returned in the same condition in which it was allowed to be used by me and I will be responsible for all damage or loss that occurs during my usage period. I agree to hold harmless and to indemnify (TRG Pigeon Forge LP) and its directors and officers, against all loss, damage, expense, and penalty on account of personal injury or property damage to the undersigned or to any minor child or children in the charge of the undersigned, howsoever arising, whether by act or acts or failure to act of the employees or animals of the said company or not. I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition and further agree that (TRG Pigeon Forge LP) and its board of directors, officers, and staff shall not be liable for consequential damages of any kind or nature from whatever cause arising, whether property or equipment is loaned. I enter into agreement freely with (TRG Pigeon Forge LP) at my own risk, acknowledging the risks inherent in outdoor and river activities, and assume any and all responsibility for myself and all members of my party · All parties agree to and will comply with Federal, State, and County pollution laws and any other applicable laws and regulations.
Facilities. Because the facilities are to be used for the guests as a whole, private gatherings may occur only when approved by Gateway RV Campground and do not exclude guests from the use of the same facilities during the time that the facilities are regularly available to the guests.
The use of playgrounds, basketball, miniature golf, and horseshoes is from 9:00 am until dusk.
Gateway RV Campground is a family campground and drugs of any kind are prohibited.
Jump Pillow, will not Open until the temperature is over 55 degrees and it’s dry, closes at dusk. Injuries can occur on the Jumbo Jumper and we will not be responsible for injuries. To reduce injury risk, follow these rules: Must be physically fit and 52” tall. No flips or somersaults. Remove zipper jackets, caps, cell phones, and jewelry. Pockets must be empty. No footwear (shoes, boots, etc.). Jump at arm’s length from others. Feet below the waist at all times. Observe the safety of others. No smoking, No Drugs, No Alcohol, throwing stones, etc onto the pillow, No playing football, Etc on the pillow. Exit Air-pillow cautiously. 225 LB weight limit.
Water slide. The water slide will be open from May to September 1st, Saturdays and some holiday’s noon – 5 pm. We will close the waterslide if there are less than 10 people waiting to use it or if winds are over 15mph. You must be 4 years old or older. Only one person up at a time. No double riders. Please clean your feet before entering. Must slide down on your back feet first. No horseplay. Ride at your own risk. No belts, sharp items or jewelry, earrings, etc. No jumping. No Smoking. No food or drink. Exit slide promptly. No pregnant riders or double riders. Please obey the attendants. 225 LB weight limit.
Special notice for HALLOWEEN please be respectful of all staff and volunteers in the haunted house, if there is intention to hurt a staff member you will be escorted out by police and banned from the park. No drinks, Flashlights, or recording in Haunted House. Wristbands must be worn on your wrist only at all times from the moment you arrive. If you break your wristband, you must bring all of it back or pay $20.00 for replacement. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. For the safety of guests, GATE WILL BE CLOSED & LOCKED from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Saturdays. No arrivals or departures allowed on Saturday’s for Halloween weekends. In case of emergency, call 911.
We are not responsible for your items on your site. Please secure valuables and personal items.
In case of emergency, Gateway RV Campground is authorized to move any guest’s RV equipment or vehicles without notice or liability.
Propane Filling: Tank must be 12 years or newer from the stamped date on your tank. If re-certified must be within 5 years or newer from (E) date. We do not allow LP tanks over 30LB and no more than the 2(two) LP tanks that are on your camper and 1 (one) 20lb for cooking.
For Monthly extended stay camping.
a. You are using the site for camping purposes only.
b. Site Maximums. A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18 and 1 or 2 vehicles, depending on the site for monthly sites.
c. Age Limits on MONTHLY campers/RV’s. No campers over 10 years old March 1st – October 31 st. unless approved by management. No campers over 15 years old November 1st – March 31 st. unless approved by management.
d. All visitors/guests MUST register at the store and arrive before the store closes. No arrivals after the store closes. (A visitor is someone visiting from 9 am – 9 pm). Visitors must display a parking pass at all times. You are allowed 2 (two) visitors free of charge per day. (A guest is someone that will be staying overnight) and must be included with your reservation count of people.
e. Site payment is due on or before the 1st day of each month. If received after the 1st you will be ejected from the park. We have the right to use your site if you do not notify us to extend your stay well in advance of 90 days that you wish to stay longer than the date the site is reserved through, or if your site fees have not been paid on or before the due date.
f. Early leave. If you check in monthly and decide to leave early, you will not be refunded.
g. Vehicle repair including golf cart or bodywork. There shall NOT be any vehicle repairs, including but not limited to oil changes, bodywork, engine repair, and the like made in the campground.
h. All vehicles on site must be in a mechanically running order.
i. You must maintain your camper or RV in a reasonable and safe condition.
j. Tarping, Screened enclosures, Pop-Ups, Ez-Ups, structure, Pails, Trash Can’s or enclosed storage are not allowed over a period of 3 (THREE) days. No tents are allowed in the full hookup sites. Monthly’s are allowed short plastic (Keeper) to store generator and fuel in and a second for the items in their yard.
k. CINDER BLOCKS are not allowed.
l. No construction of containers, storage units, porches or stairs.
m. Please rent storage somewhere for your extra items. We are a campground and you are here for extended camping.
n. Satellite dishes must be on top of the camper. And cannot be household dishes.
o. Freezing Water. During the months of November through March, you MUST use a blue heated water hose that is approved by management. No making your own heated hoses. If you do not use a heated hose, you must disconnect and put the protective cover back over the faucet to keep it from freezing.
p. Site maintenance of lawns and trees will be performed on daily and weekly sites Tuesdays and Wednesdays and monthly sites Wednesdays and Thursdays. You are required to have all items removed so we can get through with lawnmowers and tools.
q. Personal Insurance. TRG Pigeon Forge LP strongly suggests that you have insurance on your Camper or RV, Auto, and all personal property as we are not responsible for any loss.
r. Site Appearance. You are allowed outdoor chairs that you can easily move, but the following is not allowed. Ladders or work equipment. Tools, fuel cans, or generators. Miscellaneous items stored outside or under your camper or RV. Appliances (such as but not limited to Freezers, Ovens, Hot Water heaters, Refrigerators, ETC. Furniture not intended for outdoor use. Camper or vehicle parts. Wooden or cardboard boxes and carpet that is not intended for outdoor use. Ropes or clotheslines or chains cannot be attached to trees or any park utilities. We must have a clear view under your camper and your site must look like you are camping, not living here.
s. If you are a volunteer, you agree that you are here on a week-by-week status (NOT MONTHLY) and can be ejected at any time for any reason.
t. Site Fees Must be paid on or before the due date. No Pay, No Stay.
